Exhibition Packages

We propose two different packages

The Standard Package includes:

•  Exhibition booths with carpeted flooring (the units are (3.00 m X 3.00 m); maximum height 2.50 m) with shell wall in fine resistant panels covered with light blue felt
•  Power Supply ( 220V@50 Hz, Max power 2.00 kW)
•  3 Spotlights, 1 power outlet with multi socket
•  One table (120 cm X 70 cm), 3 chairs, 1 coat stand
•  Lockable display cabinet
•  Double wall brochure holder (Plexiglas)
•  Board (120 cm X 25 cm) with exhibitor name (standard fonts, blue color)
•  A full list of Conference Participants names and addresses (subject to data protection limitations) will be e-mailed to the Exhibitors approx 3 weeks after the meeting
•  Registration for one representative per unit

The Small Package includes:

•  Exhibition booths with carpeted flooring (the units are (1.50 m X 3.00 m); maximum height 2.50 m) with shell wall in fine resistant panels covered with light blue felt
•  Power Supply ( 220V 50 Hz, Max power 2.00 kW)
•  1 Spotlights, 1 power outlet with multi socket
•  One table, 2 chairs, 1 coat stand
•  Double wall brochure holder (Plexiglas)
•  Board (120 cm X 25 cm) with exhibitor name (standard fonts, blue color)

The Charge

The charge per unit of exhibit space are:
- € 2.500.00 (+20% V.A.T.) for all the items listed in the Standard exhibition package;
- € 1.400.00 (+20% V.A.T.) for all the items listed in the Small exhibition package.

Reception
A reception dedicated to Exhibitors will be held in the exhibit area, on Monday, June 28 June (8:00 am to 6:00 pm).

 

Social Program
Exhibitors are welcome to take part to the social events. A full program of social activities has been organized, providing an excellent opportunity to meet potential customers in informal environments.

Terms and Conditions

The exhibit fee must be fully paid within April 20, 2004 in order to confirm your participation. No space will be allocated without receipt of the deposit. The exhibit fee includes all items listed above under “ Exhibition Package”.

The full exhibit fee will be refunded for cancellations made within April, 30 2004. Cancellations made after this deadline will be subject to a cancellation fee of € 1000,00 to cover administration costs.The full fee will be charged for cancellations within four weeks unless we can allocate your booth space. In which case only the administration fee will be applied.
The organizers cannot be considered responsible for any costs incurred by the exhibitors in case the entire event has to be cancelled due to natural disasters, political and/or civil unrest, damage to the venue.

Exhibitors must ensure that their products are safe to exhibit and are covered by insurance against theft and accidental damage.
All electrical equipment must be operated under local legislation.
Power supply available: 220V@50Hz; 2.00 kW.
Exhibitors must take all reasonable care to ensure that the fabric of the building is not damaged in any way by their equipment.
